Roast profiles and flavor notes may vary slightly from batch to batch.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We ship only within the United States via FedEx or UPS.

Free shipping applies to orders over $55 (subject to change).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Coffee is perishable and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@balikabrothers.com.
