Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Shipping


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We ship only within the United States using FedEx or UPS.

Free shipping applies to orders over $50 (subject to change).




2. Tracking


After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.




3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@balikabrothers.com.

Please include your order number and photos.

Approved cases will receive a replacement.




4. Non-Returnable Items


Coffee is perishable and cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns on opened or unopened coffee bags.

We currently do not sell non-coffee merchandise.




5. Missing or Delayed Orders


If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:


  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  3. If still unresolved, email us and we’ll assist




6. Order Changes & Cancellations


Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they enter the roasting or shipping process.

For urgent requests, contact us at support@balikabrothers.com as soon as possible.
